Some ISP's such as Orange will only let you use their mail servers to send email from your email program. However, this can cause problems with our mail server's anti-spam protection, which can prevent you from receiving emails if they are sent from another address on the same domain name. There are three solutions to this issue:

  1. In your email account settings, instead of using IP Port 25, use IP Port 366. You will find this setting usually in the Advanced Settings for your email account.
  2. You can use our web mail at http://mail.neutralserv.com/
  3. You can request a bypass of part of our anti-spam solution. We do not generally recommend this option as it can lead to an increase of junk email. We recommend trying option 1 first and if this option does not work, then please raise a support ticket here and we will create a bypass for you.
