Open Outlook Express, and go to Tools > Accounts from the menu. Click on Add > Mail from the button on the right hand side of the popup screen.
On the next screen, enter your Display Name - your name as you want it to appear in the From line of emails - and click Next.
Next, enter your E-mail Address and click Next.
On the next screen, enter the following information then click Next:
Mailserver Type: POP3
Incoming Mail Server (POP3) / Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.ampheon.com
You will then be prompted for the Account login information. In Account Name, enter your email address and then enter the Password for your mailbox. Select to Remember Password and click Next and then Finish.
You will then be returned to your list of e-mail accounts where the new account will be listed as mail.ampheon.com. Double-click on the new account to edit it.
In the popup window, enter the following information:
Mail Account: Enter a descriptive name for your mailbox
Name: Your name as you want it to appear in the From line of emails (this should already be filled out)
Organization: Enter your company name, or your own name if this is a private mailbox
Email Address: Your email address (again, this should already be filled out)
Reply E-mail: Your email address
Select the option to Include this account when receiving mail or synchronizing
Click on the Servers tab and select the option at the bottom of the page My server requires authentication.
Click on the Setings... button and in the popup displayed, make sure the option Use same settings as my incominng mail server is selected.
Click OK to close the popup, then OK to close and update the mailbox settings, and finally Close to close the mailbox list and to conclude the mailbox setup.
