Our Windows web hosting comes with SmarterStats web site statistics. This article provides you with details on how to log on to the statistics package.

1. Go to http://stats.neutralserv.com:150/ to reach the login page for SmarterStats. Enter the following information, and click Login to continue.
   
   • Site ID: Your domain name, without 'www'. For example, ampheon.com
   • Usename: siteadmin
   • Password: The statistics login password. This is normally the same as the Hosting Control Panel password.
   • Select Remember Me so that you will automatically be logged in on future visits (not recommended if you share your computer)
   
   
2. Please Note: In some corporate environments, access to SmarterStats may be denied. In such cases, when you try to access the web address above you will receive a Page not Found error in your browser. You will need to speak to your IT support department to ask them to open IP port 150 to stats.neutralserv.com.
